hi, i'm a peaceful protester who is regularly approached whilst on these peaceful law abiding protests, by company officials who act civil when a conventional camera is present but are threatening and intimidating when they think no camera is present. my question is a legal one. the situation is usually as follows - public street, lawful protest. company officials will come out to confront me. am i within my rights to film them using a buttonhole camera to reveal their true natures and gather evidence to protect myself?

We have an IP version of the tissue box camera due to be released on Oct 15 2009. The tissue box camera runs from a battery and will works for durations of up to a week, so the voltage is irrelevant
